In episode 1, we hold a conversation with Dianita and multi-instrumentalist from Vevey based in Bern, Switzerland. Dianita was invited to explore and interpret the recorings form the Computer Signals Audio Archive, which then resulted in a live performance. We spoke about her experience working with the archive, her artistic practice, and finding voices in the noise.

In episode 2, “about infrastructural ears”, we talk to the artist and programmer Valentina Vuksic, who co-initiated the Computer Signals Audio Archive. In conversation with Valentina, we learn how the technological infrastructures off Spitzbergen were documented acoustically and how they developed into an artistic project. We shed light on how technology and sound, signal and noise are connected.
